I love the decks but...

I really love these decks - they are beautiful- engaging- affirming. I wish I could give them five stars. But my rating is of the customer service. I ordered the "Every Deck Bundle" and I did not receive EVERY deck. One was missing. I reached out for support and didn't get any. I ordered the bundle at the end of June with a 2-day delivery. A month later I sent emails and DMed them on Instagram and received no message but got an email that my bundle was on the way. Then the one I had planned to give as a gift didn't come in the "every deck" bundle. As a renegade mama, I am sure everyone in the organization is busy so I have grace for the situation AND I feel hurt and unimportant. My intent in posting this review is to support awareness and possibly create a conversation for robust customer service.
